Nathan A. Lutz - Director, Acquisitions

Mr. Lutz is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing and closing of real estate acquisitions, as well as asset management functions including dispositions and budgeting. Prior to joining McKinney, Mr. Lutz was a real estate officer in PNC Bank’s West Coast Group. While at PNC Bank, he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing new business in southern California, northern California and Nevada. Transactions included approximately $800MM in construction, repositioning and mezzanine loans and over $250MM in corporate revolving credit facilities and term loans. Mr. Lutz is a Young Professional Member of The Urban Land Institute’s Pittsburgh Chapter and serves on the Real Estate Committee of the South Side Local Development Company. He holds a B.S. in Real Estate Finance and International Business from The Pennsylvania State University.
