Mr. McKinney is a principal of McKinney Properties, a significant stakeholder in each of the organization’s various real estate investments and a principal in each of the various entities that control the company’s real estate holdings. In addition to his ownership responsibilities, he is a member of the Investment Committee and is primarily responsible for investor relations and fund raising.

He initially joined the organization working in commercial real estate, where he gained extensive experience in project management, construction, commercial leasing, property management, and finance. Since that time, he has worked across the property management, investment, and finance areas of the business. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Mr. McKinney is a principal of McKinney Properties, a significant stakeholder in each of the organization’s various real estate investments and a principal in each of the various entities that control the company’s real estate holdings. In addition to his ownership responsibilities, he is a member of the Investment Committee and is extensively involved in operations, all organizational asset management decision-making, and real estate investment activity.

He began his career with the organization working in residential property management. Since then, he has worked within all facets of operations and has developed considerable expertise in apartment and commercial property management, commercial leasing, construction, finance, and acquisitions. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, and he holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's license.

Mr. Werstil is a principal of McKinney Properties, a significant stakeholder in the organization’s various real estate investments and a principal in each of the various entities that control the company’s real estate holdings. In addition to his ownership responsibilities, he is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for development, real estate investments, joint venture relationships, and asset management functions, including dispositions and budgeting.

He previously spent time within the organization's residential property management division, where he was involved in the day-to-day management of multifamily housing. Prior to joining the company, he was an associate in the Project Finance Group in the New York offices of Chadbourne & Parke, LLP, where he represented numerous Fortune 500 companies. Beyond the office, he is an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and currently serves on the board. He graduated Cum Laude from Florida International University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management, and he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from The George Washington University Law School.

Mr. Roth manages all aspects of accounting, tax, and financial reporting for the organization. He oversees the company’s property-related cash management functions, accounting systems, and internal control procedures.

Prior to joining the company, he accumulated seven years of experience as an Audit and Assurance Manager with Alpern Rosenthal, certified public accountants. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Kempton oversees the organization’s residential property management operations. He works with both internal regional managers and external third-party managers to direct the management, marketing, and leasing of the entire portfolio, including properties managed on a third-party basis.

He possesses extensive experience in operations, capital improvements, property take-overs, marketing, leasing, retail leasing, and budgeting. He began his tenure with the company in a Facilities Management role and has prior construction experience. He is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a member of The Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, the Apartment Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh, and is a past President of the local Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Broker's license, is the Broker of Record for McKinney Properties, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Economics from West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Mr. Steckel is responsible for real estate acquisitions and development, managing everything from sourcing and underwriting to financing, due diligence, and project closings. He also provides asset management and oversight for active construction projects.

Prior to joining the organization, he worked as an IBM consultant advising commercial and public-sector clients on enterprise software and financial optimization, an Analyst at RKG Associates specializing in market studies and development modeling, and a collaborator with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh on land use analysis and public financing strategies. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business and a Master of Science degree in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University.

Ms. Marts-Robinson is involved in a wide variety of financial tasks and accounting controls. She is responsible for preparing property financial statements, performing tax work, reporting compliance, assisting with audits, executing cash distributions, and managing monthly reconciliations.

Prior to joining the company, she worked as an accountant in the industrial equipment industry. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Accounting and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Waynesburg University.

Mr. Gamble oversees project management and day-to-day facility operations, guiding a wide range of capital, non-capital, and restoration projects from planning through completion. He leads the internal Construction Management and Facility Management teams, collaborating closely with a network of subcontractors to manage planning, estimating, contractor qualification, compliance, and building automation systems.

He is a Facility Management Professional (FMP) through the International Facility Management Association and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.

Ms. Wood is responsible for the comprehensive management of a conventional and student housing portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations, asset preservation, and team leadership. She also partners closely with the marketing team to support localized campaigns and drive property performance.

Prior to joining the organization, she served as a Regional Property Manager with Lincoln Property Company, where she oversaw stabilized assets and led lease-ups of several Class A properties throughout the Pittsburgh area. She holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's license and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Allegheny College.

Ms. Hordubay provides corporate administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the executive office. Her responsibilities include assisting company principals and top-level executives with correspondence, travel, and special projects, while collaborating with the Facility Management and Acquisition teams on contract processing, scheduling, invoice processing, and corporate event planning.

She serves as an integral part of the administrative division and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.

Ms. Gricks is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of special projects, as well as managing the human resources and payroll systems of the company.

She brings four decades of financial experience to her role, with an extensive background spanning the construction, property management, manufacturing, and restaurant industries. She is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Duquesne University.

Mr. Davoli is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of construction, renovation, and repair projects on existing assets and new developments from conception to close-out. His duties include document management, scheduling, accounting, and final punch-outs to ensure each effort is completed on-time and within budget.

Prior to joining the organization, he gained extensive experience in construction project management at JBG SMITH Properties in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Virginia.

Mr. Oberkofler is responsible for the day-to-day administration and long-term performance of a conventional and student housing portfolio, directing property operations, facility upkeep, and staff management. He also works in tandem with the marketing team to execute localized strategies that support stable occupancy and community growth.

He previously held on-site Property Manager roles within the organization and, before rejoining the company, served as a Senior Property Manager with Sampson Morris Group, where he oversaw multiple conventional housing communities. He holds Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM) certifications, is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, and holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's license. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Smith is responsible for facilities management for the organization, collaborating closely with the construction leadership team on daily operations. His responsibilities encompass capital and non-capital projects, restoration efforts, planning, estimating, contractor qualification, compliance, and the supervision of building utility, automation, and mechanical systems.

He possesses various technical trade credentials, including an EPA 608 Universal certification and a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) designation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Ministries, with a minor in Music, from Lancaster Bible College.

Ms. Scaramouche is responsible for day-to-day accounting functions within the corporate office. Her duties include processing rental payments, conducting monthly closings, managing accounts payable, handling property tax payments, and organizing cash distributions for several corporate properties.

She possesses extensive experience in localized property accounting and corporate administrative financial controls.

Ms. Persun is responsible for the organization's human resources and payroll operations. Her areas of core expertise include employee relations, HR compliance, benefits administration, and personnel file management.

She brings more than 10 years of diverse human resources and payroll experience to the team. She began her career as an HR/Payroll Manager at McCutcheon Enterprises, Inc. and subsequently spent time with The Ellis School prior to joining the company. She earned an Associate degree in Specialized Business from the Newport Business Institute (Formerly New Kensington Commercial School).

Ms. Dougherty focuses on leasing support and hands-on marketing execution, with an emphasis on social media management, lead coordination, and aligning marketing efforts with on-site leasing teams to improve resident engagement. She supports lead management across multiple platforms, contributes to content creation, and helps implement property-level marketing initiatives tied to occupancy goals.

She began her career within the organization as a marketing and leasing associate before stepping into her current corporate role. While completing her undergraduate studies, she gained on-site residential experience working as a Community Assistant at Meridian on College Avenue. She holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's license and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Kissell leads strategic marketing initiatives for the organization’s property management portfolio. He specializes in brand strategy, lead generation, digital advertising, reputation management, and marketing technology.

He possesses more than 25 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on real estate, hospitality, and property management. Prior to joining the company, he held senior marketing roles with one of the nation’s largest vacation rental management companies, where he led national marketing initiatives. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Marketing. He has also completed executive leadership and marketing programs through The Wharton School and Cornell University.

Ms. Rowland is responsible for the comprehensive management of a conventional and student housing portfolio, overseeing day-to-day operations, asset preservation, and human resources functions. She also partners closely with the marketing team to support localized campaigns and drive property performance.

She began her career as a Leasing Consultant with North Street Properties, where she built her foundation in on-site operations and leasing. She joined McKinney Properties as the Property Manager for Washington Gardens Apartments and has since progressed into senior operational leadership roles across the portfolio. She holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's license, is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from The Ohio State University.

Mr. Kushon oversees the organization’s IT and information-systems infrastructure, including network operations, system administration, corporate platforms, third-party IT vendors, and desktop support across all corporate and remote locations. He partners with internal teams to align technology with business strategy by researching and implementing systems, policies, and best practices that promote security and operational efficiency.

He previously served as a Regional Manager for the organization, leading a multi-state portfolio of student, conventional, and mixed-use communities financed through conventional, HUD historic tax credit, and HUD conventional structures. Prior to joining the company, he held operational roles with Equity Residential, Roseland Properties, and Kettler. He is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's license, and a is member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and the National Apartment Association. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Master of Science degree in Apparel, Housing, and Resource Management from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Mr. McKinney is responsible for real estate acquisitions and development activities, including sourcing, underwriting, financing, due diligence, and the closing of projects and related joint ventures. Additionally, he supports asset management and development oversight for active construction projects.

He previously spent time within the organization's residential property management division, where he was involved in the day-to-day management of multifamily housing. He began his career as a business and technology consultant for Accenture in Washington, DC, where he specialized in data analytics and supported federal government clients. He holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson's license and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems and Information Engineering from The University of Virginia.

Mr. Tekely is involved in a wide variety of financial tasks, internal accounting controls, and property-level financial reporting. He is responsible for preparing financial statements, tax work, reporting compliance, audit assistance, and cash management, while helping to maintain the company’s accounting systems.

Prior to joining the company, he worked as an accountant at BNY Mellon. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Ms. Sparano provides administrative support within the corporate office to ensure efficient daily operations. Her responsibilities include assisting the Accounting Department with tax filings, loan compliance, and risk management, while collaborating with the Investment and Investor Relations departments to produce investor correspondence, tax documents, and offering materials.

She serves as an integral part of the corporate support division and is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.
